I will provide suggestions on your vendor selections as well as assist in the design of your event. With monthly check-ins and day of coordination, I will make sure that every detail is ready for your big day.

I will provide suggestions on your vendor selections as well as assist in the design of your event. With monthly check-ins and day of coordination, I will make sure that every detail is ready for your big day.

· Team of 2 Senior Wedding Planners and assistant (2 planners for the price of 1!)

· Venue scouting: pricing out recommended venues with in person visits for up to 5 venues

· Vendor sourcing and recommendations of all vendors needed based on your location, style and budget (we believe that not ONE florist or photographer is a fit for

all our clients- so we will recommend those we feel is the best fit for you based on our experience/expertise!)

· All vendor and venue scheduling and communication for agreed upon vendors such as venue, catering, music, photography, etc.

· Assistance with ordering, sending out and designing wedding stationary (invites, calligraphy, menus, place cards, programs)

· Track and keep all details and information relating to the wedding organized such as a to do list, contracts, hotel blocks · Unlimited communication/consultation on services selected via phone and e-mail

· 4 in person meetings of your choice (discussion of vision, key vendor meetings)

· Timeline creation

· Coordinate deliveries and arrivals of all vendors

 · Unlimited guidance for the couple throughout the planning process including but not limited to: floral design, catering, design, music, photography etc

· make the couple’s dream wedding obtainable while lessening the workload of the couple

· In person meeting/walkthrough at the venue 1 month prior to go over all details, timeline and set up

· Provide a wedding spreadsheet document for easy access that includes timeline, vendor contact information, wedding party contact, personal decor list, and running to be determined list if necessary

· Before the wedding reach out to all vendors, for introductions, confirmation of event details, distribution of timeline, and give out important contact information

· Assemble hotel bags and deliver to hotel prior to guest check in (items in hotel bag not included)

· Point of contact for all day of wedding questions for vendors, wedding party, and family if necessary

· Arrive on location of wedding when deliveries start to accept/checking in all deliveries (i.e. rentals, florals, cake)

· Set up and arrange all personal items m and décor according to floor plan (i.e. champagne flutes, cake cutters, guestbook, table numbers, menu

cards, name/escort cards, etc.)

· Coordinate with transportation vendor so the wedding party departs for the ceremony as scheduled

· Review final set up before guests start to arrive

· Distribute all flowers to remaining bridal party and family members

· Guide wedding party down the aisle and through the ceremony

· Cue ceremony musicians when bridal party is ready to begin processional

· Gather family and bridal party for photos after the ceremony

· Make sure that ceremony and reception stay on time and remain on point as discussed and written on the timeline

· Ensure proper flow of food and drinks

· Encourage guests to take their seats at the appropriate time

· Cue wedding party for introductions into cocktail hour/reception

· Cue band/DJ of important announcements to direct guests or important events

· Cue band/DJ, photographer, videographer, and immediate family members of the couple when important events take place at reception such as

first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, and toasts

· Cue parents, best man, maid of honor, honored guests when they are about to give toasts

· Know the catering services schedule, and help ensure that guests are served at the appointed time

· Prevent and fix any problems that may arise during the event

· Remain easily accessible through the entire event in case there are any details the couple would like attended to · Responsible for getting all gifts and cards to a designated guest or parent to take home for bride and groom

 · Will pack up all personal items and décor and ensure they reach the designated family member, room, and/or vehicle · Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the night

· Can help arrange and call cars at end of night
